Tuscany’s Table

Tuscany’s food culture runs straight through its landscape with olive groves, vineyards, and farmhouse kitchens passed down for generations. This trip is built entirely around that table.

A private truffle hunt with a local hunter and his trained dog opens the trip, followed by a hands-on pasta-making class with a Florentine nonna. Guests tour a family-run olive estate for a private tasting and press-day lunch, and an evening cooking class in a restored farmhouse kitchen ends with a long table dinner under the pergola. The stay is at a boutique agriturismo with its own vineyard and pool overlooking the hills.

“Everything about our trip felt considered, from the pace of the itinerary to the room categories our dedicated travel designer recommended, and we never once felt rushed.”
